Daily Routine

As a consequence of my experiences, I wanna share some of my life routines in 20 items:

  1. Sleep at least 7-8 hours a day
  2. Avoid reading news at the start and end of the day
  3. Eat breakfast
  4. Daily judging
  5. Daily pray and meditation, at least 20 minute a day
  6. Avoid eating processed food
  7. Eat more vegetable – less oil, salt and sugar
  8. Burn a candle while listening to light music
  9. Read at least 10 pages of a book everyday
  10. Call your friends and family regularly
  11. Drink warm milk before sleep
  12. Write about your daily concerns at the end of the day
  13. Write about what to do in the next day
  14. Expose to sunlight for half an hour everyday
  15. Write down monthly goals and payments
  16. Write down yearly goals at the start of each season
  17. Buy reward after reaching a goal
  18. Less make up
  19. Donate regularly
  20. Go mountain climbing regularly
