As a consequence of my experiences, I wanna share some of my life routines in 20 items:
- Sleep at least 7-8 hours a day
- Avoid reading news at the start and end of the day
- Eat breakfast
- Daily judging
- Daily pray and meditation, at least 20 minute a day
- Avoid eating processed food
- Eat more vegetable – less oil, salt and sugar
- Burn a candle while listening to light music
- Read at least 10 pages of a book everyday
- Call your friends and family regularly
- Drink warm milk before sleep
- Write about your daily concerns at the end of the day
- Write about what to do in the next day
- Expose to sunlight for half an hour everyday
- Write down monthly goals and payments
- Write down yearly goals at the start of each season
- Buy reward after reaching a goal
- Less make up
- Donate regularly
- Go mountain climbing regularly
