Loneliness is being with others but feeling isolated. It is not bad, it may be a sign of creativity or geniality.

But making everything in your life balanced is an art which all genius people must learn.

Lonesome people are exposed to the risk of being sick, more than other people.

I want to list some tips about overcoming loneliness and isolation:

  1. Adopt a pet
  2. Spend more time with your safe friends
  3. Reading books
  4. Talk with friends occasionally
  5. Do exercise
  6. Party sometimes
  7. Reduce times of being online
  8. Take care of family
  9. Do volunteering activities
  10. Visit a psychologist

Being social is not a betray! Is a part of life. Is a right for everyone. Is a skill. Is a priority.
